If you need an item by a particular day, let us know--we'll do our best to get it to you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

You should receive it within a week of ordering. We can ship orders for next-day delivery, but of course it'll cost more. See the shipping chart below for exact rates. We can also ship internationally, but please call or e-mail us first for shipping rates at: info at growgrowgrow dot com.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?

We want to make it easy for you to return or exchange anything that you're not satisfied with. For a return please contact us with your name and address and we'll send you a postage-paid return envelope. Send the item back and we'll exchange it or give you a refund. Your original shipping costs aren't refundable, though. Furniture orders may not be returnable, depending on the item, so let us know if you're interested in a particular product and we can let you know the return policy. Also, we are not able to provide free return shipping for international orders.

HOW AND WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Grow clothes start out as US-made fabric, which gets sent from the East coast to Denver, where it's cut by Sam and sewn by Bill and Kim's network of independent sewers. Bill pays all the sewers a good wage, and they all have Worker's Comp--two things that are pretty hard to find in the apparel business. After our garments are sewn, they go to Denver Screenprint and Embroidery to get hand-garment-dyed in our unique Grow colors. This dyeing process uses much less water and fewer chemicals than other kinds of dyeing, and gives the clothes that extra-soft feel of a favorite T-shirt—like they've already been through the wash the first time you wear them (which they have!). Clothes that are hand-dyed also may vary a bit color-wise from batch to batch, but that adds to their unique character. After the dyeing process, they're silkscreened using water-based inks, which are much better for the environment than the Plastisol inks used by most apparel companies. The water-based inks are extremely soft--they almost become part of the fabric. So no big plastic-y ink patches! Our process is more costly and time-consuming than more conventionally-made garments, but it lets us feel good about the clothes that we send out to you and the special kids in your life.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET FOR MY 3 YEAR-OLD EXTRA-LARGE NEPHEW?

Grow garments are sized to correspond to age and are made to fit an average-sized kid. Most of our styles are cut to be roomy and comfortable. The long-sleeved rompers are especially generous. Long-sleeved t-shirts and dresses tend to be more true to the age of the child. Order the size that corresponds to the child's age in months (for a baby) or years (for an older child). If the child is larger or smaller than average, choose the size accordingly. Generally, bigger is better than smaller--they'll always grow into it. Our garments won't shrink, either. They are pre-shrunk when they're garment-dyed.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY GROW GARMENTS?

Grow garments are 100% cotton and can be machine washed in cool to warm water and dried any way you like. We recommend washing your Grow clothes once with like colors before wearing them. If you have a stain that won't come out, use a stain-remover and wash in hot water, preferably before you dry the garment with the stain. Because of our garment-dyeing process, Grow clothes should not be bleached. We know it's unlikely that you'll be ironing a T-shirt, but if you do, don't iron directly on the screen-printed design. If you need to iron on the design area, cover it with a towel and iron over that.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR YOUR MAILING LIST?
